Speakers and Participants

When participating at european-forums as a speaker, we ask for a personal photo,name, last name and and a short bio. This data is published on the forums website and is kept for as long as the website is active. We make sure to store it safely and to not distribute it to third parties and you have every right to ask for correction or deletion of the data, by contacting us at info@european-forums.eu. We will review your request and will act accordingly, instantly or within a reasonable period of time.

Sharing Information with Affiliates and Other Third Parties. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may provide your Personally Identifiable Information to affiliates that provide services to us with regards to our Website (i.e. events, forums, conferences, etc.); such affiliates (Derivatives.gr, and Financial-Academy.gr) will only receive information necessary to provide the respective services and will be bound by confidentiality agreements limiting the use of such information.

As a participant or a speaker in our conferences, you own all of the content and information you send to us either via any subscription form on the site or via email providing us.

In the case of participant, we ask for personal information such as first name, last name, company, business title, email, location, tax id, telephone, sex, age, address, country.

In the case of the speaker we ask for photo, fist name, last name, organization, business title and short profile. All the information is stored securely and for 2 years in our servers.

It is only stored in order to be easier for us to verify your registration and contact you for administrative purposes. If you want part or all of your content to be removed from a website, where there is no option to delete it yourself please contact us at info (at) European-forums.eu or using the details listed on our contact page. We will make every effort to ensure that deleted content is removed from all accessible areas of the affiliated websites within a reasonable period of time.

Data Aggregation
