We will review your request and will act accordingly, instantly or within a reasonable period of time.

As a participant or a speaker in our conferences, you own all of the content and information you send to us either via any subscription form on the site or via email providing us.

In the case of participant, we ask for personal information such as first name, last name, company, business title, email, location, tax id, telephone, sex, age, address, country.

In the case of the speaker we ask for photo, fist name, last name, organization, business title and short profile. All the information is stored securely and for 2 years in our servers.

It is only stored in order to be easier for us to verify your registration and contact you for administrative purposes. We will make every effort to ensure that deleted content is removed from all accessible areas of the affiliated websites within a reasonable period of time.
